The invention concerns agents of protection and treatment of unclosed wounds, frostbites, combustions, dermal diseases, purulent wounds after dissecting and postoperative seams.

Offered medical capsule of expendable use (iCe) allows to avoid immediate contact to a wound; provides penetration of air (ventilation of a wound) and focused solar light; the opportunity of complete protection of a wound from hit of a moisture and cold air is if necessary frameed; enables to agglomerate and to accumulate purulent discharges with help of a microporous immersing stratum, which can easily be exchanged, having removed the upper rotary part of a calotte then to establish on a place; allows visually to check process of treatment without putting off capsules; is prime in use; has a wide spectrum of clinical application.

Medical capsule of expendable use of a suction (iCes) is applied to treatment of purulent wounds, namely, for exhaustion of purulent discharges from a wound and venom after reptiles punctures.Medical capsule of expendable use for dactyls of the upper and inferior extremities (iCee) is applied to protection and content of a medical fluid at blow traumas of nails of dactyls of the upper and inferior extremities, and also, at panaricia. iCe Consists (see figure 1) of a basis, executed as a ring from an adhesive plaster with a microscopical immersing stratum of a material; elastic strias of fastening on sticker, which attached to the basic (carrier) plastic ring; deformator of crimped gum and interior stratum of an immersing material; the inferior transparent plastic part of a calotte with holes; the upper rotary transparent part of a calotte, which is taken out with a focalizing lens.

iCI consists (see figure 2)of a basis,that has an airfast cotton-gauze ring with sticky plaster or without him(it) (in case of fastening with the help gluing of material); elastic strias of fastening on sticker and deformed resilient gum; a plastic transparent cover with the valve.
